Sentien Honored as One of Business Weekly’s “Top 100 Age-Inclusive Companies”

Sentien has been recognized in Business Weekly Issue No. 1979 as one of Taiwan’s “Top 100 Age-Inclusive Companies.” Sentien stood out among nearly a thousand enterprises evaluated in the magazine’s Age-Inclusive Enterprise Survey.
The assessment was based on data from 104 Job Bank, company-submitted questionnaires, 2024 sustainability reports, and publicly available information from the Taiwan Stock Exchange, ensuring credibility and comprehensive evaluation.

Sentien achieved outstanding results in categories including “EPS Above Industry Average (2024),” “Fair Compensation,” “Age Structure Balance,” and “Written Review.” We also received positive remarks under the “Age-Inclusive Practices” section, being commended for “providing favorable treatment for mid- to senior-aged employees and proactively improving workplace equipment to reduce workload.”

In recent years, Sentien has continued to upgrade our work environment and production equipment to minimize physical strain on employees. Between 2023 and 2024, multiple production departments implemented ergonomic and labor-saving devices to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries caused by repetitive tasks, fostering a safer and more supportive workplace.

Upholding the principles of “profit sharing and talent retention,” Sentien remains committed to rewarding its employees. Our average salary increased by 5.5% in 2024 compared to 2023, while average employee benefits grew by 4.9%. Sentien will continue to pursue sustainable growth while sharing success with its dedicated team, striving together for a brighter and more prosperous future.
