CHINAPLAS 2026 Highlights: IMR & INS Innovations in Action

In April 2026, SENTIEN Printing Factory had the honor of participating in CHINAPLAS 2026, a premier global event for the plastics and rubber industry. As a key platform connecting material innovation with advanced manufacturing processes, CHINAPLAS not only showcases the latest technologies and application trends, but also provides an efficient stage for global enterprises to exchange ideas and expand business opportunities.

This year’s exhibition reached a new record scale, with a total of 350,189 visitors, of which 24.68% were international attendees—highlighting the event’s strong global influence and appeal. Professional buyers, technical experts, and brand representatives from around the world gathered at the show, making CHINAPLAS an important benchmark for observing global industry trends.

At this exhibition, SENTIEN focused on IMR (In-Mold Release) and INS (Insert Molding) process technologies, demonstrating our strong capabilities in surface decoration and functional integration. As demand continues to rise in consumer electronics, automotive interiors, and smart devices for enhanced aesthetics and multifunctional integration, IMR and INS have become key technologies driving product upgrades.

During the event, SENTIEN presented a range of integrated IMR and INS application cases, including high-quality consumer electronic products, smart automotive decorative panels, and home appliance panels with integrated touch functionality. These exhibits attracted significant attention from international clients. Through physical demonstrations and technical explanations, visitors were able to directly experience the advantages of these processes and gain deeper insights into their potential applications in future product design.

In addition, through interactions with the global industry chain, we gained valuable insights into the latest trends, including sustainable materials, low-carbon manufacturing processes, and smart production. These insights will further drive our continued innovation in IMR and INS technologies. At the same time, SENTIEN is actively advancing toward ESG goals by incorporating energy-saving and carbon-reduction designs into our processes, improving material efficiency, and continuously evaluating the use of environmentally friendly and recyclable materials to minimize environmental impact. In terms of corporate governance and social responsibility, we are also committed to building a sustainable supply chain and working with partners to promote green manufacturing.

Looking ahead, SENTIEN will continue to strengthen our integration capabilities in IMR and INS processes, while combining automation and smart technologies to provide customers with higher value-added total solutions.
